SEED work with a network of trusted solar pv system installers. We pay them to work with you to design and install an appropriate system for your needs. There is literally zero upfront cost for you to benefit from a brand new solar pv system.

Your organization enters into a “Power Purchase Agreement” with SEED which fixes your kwh cost of electricity for the next 25 years. Currently this cost is less than half of traditional suppliers!

Maintenance free
Once the system is installed, it is highly unlikely anything fails or “goes wrong”. In the unlikely event this occurs, under the terms of the PPA, SEED are on hand to resolve any issues completely free of charge.
Solar Energy Efficiency Developments Ltd (SEED) has been established to provide organisations such as sports clubs, schools/colleges, apartment blocks and publicly owned buildings with access to their own green solar electricity at a substantial discount to prevailing energy prices without incurring any upfront costs themselves.
SEED will assess your property and, subject to a signed Power Purchase Agreement with your organisation, will arrange for an appropriate solar panel system to be installed at no cost to you.
All system components and installation costs are met in full by SEED. Ongoing maintenance of the system is provided by SEED (or a partner subcontractor firm) for the life of the agreement and the system is owned in perpetuity by SEED Ltd.
As part of the agreement with SEED, you commit to purchase electricity produced by the system (and potentially stored by battery storage) installed on/at your property. The price per kwh is fixed for the life of the agreement at the outset to provide you with complete peace of mind and allow for budgeting certainty.
All installations are carried out by firms specializing in such solar system installations under terms of their agreements with SEED.
Your organisation deals only with SEED. You are free to use as much of the electricity produced as you wish – many of our clients add electric vehicle chargers or replace gas powered heating systems with electric equivalents subsequent to system installation.
Any electricity produced by the system and not required by your organisation is the property of SEED and available to be sold back into the National Grid as we see fit or on a revenue sharing basis with you, the client.
Production and usage are monitored by means of a meter installed for the purpose
